Wholesale Ordering

Ringel Farms also offers wholesale orders of our grass fed and grass finished beef.  Beef can be purchased in quarters (1/4), halves (1/2) or whole, as well as indivicual cuts. (tax exempt)  WE ARE NO LONGER OFFERING WHOLESALE PORK.
 

Bulk Beef (quarter, half,or whole)

Grassfed Beef:  $4.50/lb. Hanging Weight Plus Processing Fee 

 

We will deliver the animal to a processor of your choosing for a whole beef.  (a delivery fee may be accessed)  The cutting order is to your liking.  Processors will work with you and gladly explain the different cuts, elections, and possiblitiies.  For example, you may choose to have traditional cuts, some smoke sticks, jerky, or even burger patties.  When finished, you are responsible for the processing charges, and the price of the hanging meat.

With Standard Processing, a typical quarter of a beef, will yield (approximately): 
3-4          Chuck Roasts (3 lb. each) 
1              Arm Roast (2-3 lb.)
8              Ribeye or Ribsteaks (3/4”)
7              Short Ribs (total of around 7 bones)
50-60     Pounds of Ground Beef            (you can pick the leanness and choose some patties if you like)
4              pounds of Stew Meat
6-7          T-Bone Steaks (3/4”) 
2-3          PorterHouse Steaks (3/4”) or you can forfeit the Porterhouses for Filet Mignon with New York Strips
3-4          Sirloin SteaksRound Steaks or you can forfeit some for Cubed Steaks
1              Swiss SteakSome Soup Bones
1-3          Sirloin Tip Roasts
1-2          Rump Roasts
 
depending on the quarter, (front or rear) the following may be included:  liver, tongue, heart, brisket, skirt steak, oxtail
 
 
To figure a half or whole beef, add accordingly!

*****Freezer Space:  When it comes to freezer space needed, plan on around 4-6 cubic feet of freezer space per quarter of beef, or ½ a hog.  

 

Bulk Pork (half or whole)

Half pig, $300, Whole $550  each are plus processing

We will deliver the animal to a processor of your choosing for a whole hog.  (a delivery fee may be accessed)  The cutting order is to your liking.  Processors will work with you and gladly explain the different cuts, elections, and possiblitiies.  For example, you may choose to have traditional cuts, some smoke sticks, jerky, or even burger patties.  When finished, you are responsible for the processing charges, and the price of the hanging meat. 
A typical yield of a half hog will include:
 
13 pounds of bone in pork chops
3 pounds of spare ribs
9 pounds of ground pork--can be turned into sausage or pork burgers if you please
15 pounds of ham--your choice of fresh or hickory smoked, can be whole, cut, or in ham steaks
8 pounds of bacon--fresh side or hickory smoked
10 pounds shoulder roasts--cut in your size preference or as steaks
4 pounds butt pork roasts 
stew bones, hocks (fresh or smoked), neck bones (fresh or smoked), and fat for rendering are all optional, available if you want them.All of these cuts can be sacrificed, if you prefer to have more sausage or ground pork.

BUNDLES

Bundles are a great way to acqure a variety of our various cuts and let your palete decide how you want to continue ordering!  ***NOT ALL CUTS ARE AVAILABLE IN BUNDLES***   All packages are cry-o-vac sealed and frozen by our processor.  They are the same products that you see in the rest of our inventory, so you can look at the individual products for specific details. (tax is applicable on bundles)

Pork Bundle

1  Pork Burger
1 Pork Loin Roast (2-3 lb, bone in) (use whole or cut into chops)
1 pkg. pork cutlet
1 pkg. bone in chops
1 Smoked Ham Steak
1 Smoked Bacon

1 Filet Mignon pkg of 2

1 KC Strip pkg of 2
1 Stew Meat (Kabob)

Placing A Bundle Order

There MAY be a waiting period for a bundle, even if our inventory shows that we have it in stock.**  To avoid a waiting period, we may offer a substitution if available for equal or better value.

Please order bulk bundles as a separate orders, without other items added in your shopping cart. That way, if there is a delay, we can just hold the order until the bundle is ready.

**Bundles need to show "In Stock" for you to place an order.  Bundles are sold with an adjusted price (discount). We reserve the right to fill non bundle orders first.  Your bundle will be filled in the order it was received at the end of the day, as product is available.  Should any issues arise, we will contact you.

 

 

 

 

 

Our meats may be stored up to 12 months (and often longer) in a freezer kept at 0 degrees Fahrenheit.
